RETURNS POLICY

Return & Exchange Policy

For our personalised products and cards we unfortunately cannot accept returns or exchanges.  If you are not satisfied with your order then please get in contact.

If you have ordered our standard products that you are unhappy with, please contact us first with the reasons why and return within 14 days.  You are responsible to cover the costs of postage for returning the product.  Once we receive the product we will send you a store credit for the price of the item.

If you have received your order and it is damaged or incorrect, then please contact orla@bridgetandfleur.co.uk to resolve the issues.
